The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for initial credentialing and re-credentialing nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physicians in a compliant and timely manner; monitor expired credentials and compliance monitoring in accordance with Joint Commission accreditation, NCQA and URAC credentialing standards as required.

This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers. The Medicaid Claims Analyst is responsible for Medicaid Drug Rebate process which includes validating, verifying, disputing when necessary, and remitting payment for assigned state Medicaid agencies, SPAPs and Supplemental Rebates. Analysts are accountable for submitting payments within deadlines and in compliance with CMS guidelines and Rebate contract terms. This position also helps in resolving dispute resolution, weekly pay run activities, SOX audits, system upgrade/implementation and ad hoc analysis.
