Location : Reston, VA 20190 (Hybrid, may require 3 days a week in the office). Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Americas Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role involves strategic recruitment and collaborating with business leaders to deliver top talent. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
The Loss Draft Specialist performs an important role in helping guide the customer/claimant through the claims process and helping them get their lives back in order following property damage or loss. They are responsible for accurately processing documents related to property damage claims including ordering and reviewing inspection reports of damage and resolving any issues. This could include tasks such as responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints from various parties involved in the claims process.

The Logistics Coordinator operates within a team to coordinate, process and manage all domestic logistics related outgoing business flows for DFS NA production sites in Germantown, Waukesha, Watsontown, South Bend, Turlock, toller facilities and external 3rd party warehouses. The position may receive direction on the daily tactical processes from the Senior Logistics Analyst. Focus is on ensuring reliable, effective distribution of customer orders with the use of numerous carrier partners and coordination across multiple DFS and external 3rd party sites. Ensures the reliable, effective and timely delivery of finished goods to DFS customers. Key performance measurements are around Supply Chain Delivery Reliability, specifically, Transportation Reliability (TR), transportation shipment costs, and timeliness of Supplier Corrective Action Request completion related to customer complaints. The Logistics Coordinator is owner of the logistics part of the order fulfillment process, in order to realize timely and correct product delivery.
The RN Navigator Home Health Review monitors home health patients to ensure patients continue to meet the CMS criteria for services. They are a member of the patient’s care team and act as a patient advocate, providing proactive outreach to Health value-based payer patients. The RN Navigator makes recommendations to primary care providers regarding ongoing services. The RN Navigator facilitates communication and coordinates care with physicians, the providers’ clinic, hospital facilities, family, caregivers, and other community healthcare providers. The Associate will support transitions of care as needed.
The Clinical Documentation Medical Professional is responsible for facilitating improvement in the overall quality and completeness of the medical record documentation. The CDMP will provide support and expertise through comprehensive assessment and review of inpatient medical records. The CDMP will facilitate accurate DRG assignment and obtain appropriate documentation through extensive interaction with physicians, patient caregivers and health information management coding staff to ensure that reimbursement is received for the level of services rendered to the patients.
Location (mandatory): Irving, TX 75039 The Member Services Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring our members' highest level of customer satisfaction. The Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and on time. The primary focus will be on assisting members with their healthcare-related needs, including but not limited to insurance inquiries, benefit explanations, and general account information.
