Contract - 1 Year + (Possibilities of Contract Extension)

Location : Reston, VA 20190 (Hybrid, may require 3 days a week in the office). Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Americas Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role involves strategic recruitment and collaborating with business leaders to deliver top talent. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions in compliance with company policy and regulations.
  • Analyze resumes, conduct interviews, assist in testing and ranking candidates, and extend offers.
  • Work with managers to create requisitions, job ads, and work with external recruiting agencies.
  • Represent the company at employment fairs, campus recruiting, and build talent pipelines.
  • Lead full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Engage and evaluate potential candidates to develop talent prospects.
  • Provide strategic guidance to business leaders and stakeholders on market trends and search strategies.
  • Identify and build relationships with diverse talent.
  • Maintain Client’s Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) with up-to-date candidate status information.
  • Achieve staffing objectives by advising managers and managing relocations.
  • Meet with managers to discuss staffing requirements and organizational goals.

Skills:

  • 5-8 years of relevant recruiting experience (or 9-12 years without a degree).
  • Experience with passive recruiting techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
  • Strong initiative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence without authority.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent).
  • 5-8 years of relevant recruiting experience, or 9-12 years of experience without a degree.

The position may receive direction on the daily tactical processes from the Senior Logistics Analyst. Focus is on ensuring reliable, effective distribution of customer orders with the use of numerous carrier partners and coordination across multiple DFS and external 3rd party sites. Ensures the reliable, effective and timely delivery of finished goods to DFS customers. Key performance measurements are around Supply Chain Delivery Reliability, specifically, Transportation Reliability (TR), transportation shipment costs, and timeliness of Supplier Corrective Action Request completion related to customer complaints. The Logistics Coordinator is owner of the logistics part of the order fulfillment process, in order to realize timely and correct product delivery.

RN Navigator Home Health

The RN Navigator Home Health Review monitors home health patients to ensure patients continue to meet the CMS criteria for services. They are a member of the patient’s care team and act as a patient advocate, providing proactive outreach to Health value-based payer patients. The RN Navigator facilitates communication and coordinates care with physicians, the providers’ clinic, hospital facilities, family, caregivers, and other community healthcare providers.
