Location (mandatory): Newark, DE 19713 Facilitate the authorization process by obtaining timely authorizations; sends Admit Forms to Admitting Department to confirm insurance; schedule patients for imaging procedures including submitting referral information; prepares documents for Multidisciplinary Clinic (MDC) and enters in the EMR.
Location (mandatory): Greensboro, NC 27410 Nurse Practitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. Care is documented via computerized electronic health record
Location (mandatory): Louisville, KY Area The Care Management Associate supports comprehensive coordination of medical services including Care Team intake, screening and supporting the implementation of care plans to promote effective utilization of healthcare services.
