Location (mandatory): San Antonio TX • We are seeking a Customer care representative, who will Actively listen and be an advocate for customers, understand their needs and provide guidance and support Timeline to fill: -Class Start Date: 10/31 (Friday start date for Orientation. Training starts on Monday, 11/03) IV/Offer Process: Depending on resume/experience managers will make offers based off resume review, other candidate's where managers have more questions, will go through 1 IV round. Schedule: All schedules will be M-F, training will be M-F 8 am -4:30 pm local time, post training contingents will transition to M-F with hours that they agree upon with the business Shift time is between 9 am to 12:15 Pm as start

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen and be an advocate for customers, understand their needs and provide guidance and support
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while documenting all interactions.
  • Educate customers about available resources and assist them in navigating their options.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address service issues and improve outcomes.
  • Document all customer correspondence and maintain confidential records of patient information

  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

  • 6+ months of healthcare experience

Education/Experience:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience or high school diploma
