Location (mandatory): Morristown, NJ (Hybrid) Seeking a detailed oriented and strategic Associate Project Manager to support our Global Business Operations (GBO) and M&A integration initiatives. This role will be responsible for serving as a liaison between the Legal team and Business stakeholders throughout the M&A lifecycle including post-close integration initiatives. In this role the Project Manager will work closely with the Legal Department to facilitate delivery of legal operations that support Global Business Operations and M&A Projects, as well as high -priority legal compliance initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for M&A integration processes across all legal functions, as well as other initiatives and cross-functional and legal operations projects, ensuring acquired businesses are brought into compliance with legal frameworks and operating standards. As the central point of coordination for legal team project management, you will help organize and track various project components while driving legal process improvements and efficiencies. As a change agent, you will help support a new center of excellence program that will focus on continuous improvement and transformation initiatives

This candidate brings a well-rounded blend of customer service expertise and technical knowledge, particularly in electric vehicles (EVs) and basic electric service and interconnection processes. They have hands-on experience coordinating programs and excel in both written and verbal communication, consistently delivering clear and effective customer education across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, they are comfortable navigating digital workflows. Their role operates within a hybrid work arrangement, balancing responsibilities between office and remote settings
Location (mandatory): Conshohocken PA Hybrid schedule (2 to 3 working days in a week) Shift: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm The Construction Purchaser position is responsible for providing professional procurement services to support Real Estate, Construction and Facilities related projects and operations. The Construction Purchaser supports its Real Estate business partners with the procurement of products, consultant services, construction, construction management related to Property, Construction and Facilities Projects and ensures compliance with ways of working, Values and project needs including both technical and commercial requirements.
Location (mandatory): Newark DE USA 19702 Responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies per specifications. Performs soldering, mechanical and electrical testing, and completes required quality and production documentation. Maintains compliance with QSR, ISO, EH&S, and company policies while supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Uses hand tools, measurement devices, and ERP systems (Oracle/Agile) to ensure accurate production and inventory control. Communicates effectively, follows procedures, and upholds high attention to detail and quality standards.
Location : Fort Worth TX Would like to see front facing customer service experience and those that have worked with high level partners (for this role the resource would not be negotiating anything but rather gathering information from those high level partner)
