We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Creative Technologist who excels at integrating generative AI into the creative process. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing 2D concept art, videos, and 3D models/environments, leveraging GenAI tools to push the boundaries of visual storytelling for XR experiences. This role requires rapid, proactive communication and the ability to grasp and visually communicate big-picture concepts within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling pitch decks and visual presentations to communicate ideas and project concepts.
  • Produce high-quality concept art, videos, and 3D characters in environments using GenAI and traditional tools.
  • Refine and polish 3D outputs by reprocessing them through generative AI tools to produce final 2D images.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to visually communicate and iterate quickly.
  • Stay current with emerging GenAI tools and techniques for art, video, and 3D creation.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience developing or fine-tuning generative AI models for art creation.
  • Ability to present and articulate artistic vision and technical solutions to non-art stakeholders.

Education/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a visual storyteller in games, film, marketing, XR, or related industries.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D art skills and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in 2D image manipulation software(e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Krita, Clip Studio Paint, or similar.)
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, ZBrush).
  • Proven ability to get extraordinary results from generative AI tools. (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Gemini or similar).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new technologies.
