Location (mandatory): Wilmington Delaware 19804 The customer service representative operates on various functional levels within the call center. Handling a high volume of calls is the top priority while handling back-office functions such as billing, field service processing which entails scheduling and completion, collections, bad debt and cash processing. The customer service representative is responsible for providing professional, effective, and efficient customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures and Delaware regulatory commission requirements.

Location (mandatory): Detroit Michigan 48202 Through effective interventions, the Care Experience Specialist (CXS) serves as the first resource for a patient, family, or consumer, concern or inquiry. They identify, investigate, and mitigate point-of-care concerns from escalating to grievances which may result in review by regulatory agencies.
Location (mandatory): 1009 Lenox Dr. Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 This is a temporary six-month position with the potential of being moved into a permanent, full-time role with additional benefits. There is also a written assessment that must be completed before the first interview
o Location (mandatory): Sunrise, FL 33323 This is a single-person site where the primary responsibilities are receiving incoming mail, imaging mail into a data system, completing copy jobs, creating PowerPoint presentations, sending out FedEx packages, etc. It's not a super high-volume location; however, it stays busy as a 1-person site.
Location (mandatory): Rhode Island/ Remote Shift: Hours required are M - F 8am - 5 pm EST with some flexibility for start/ stop times. Coordinator I Prior Auth & Appeals will be responsible for performing non-clinical activities and functions in accordance with policies and procedures, under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.
