Small Description: This recruiter role supports high volume hiring for collections positions supporting the Bothell, Washington office. The recruiter owns full cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and managing offers. The position supports a demanding client requiring frequent communication and strong stakeholder management. Hiring includes monthly classes, pacing eight or more interviews daily, and managing high turnover and fallout. The role is remote while working Pacific time hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates must live in Washington State and support onsite training requirements consistently. Experience in collections recruiting and applicant tracking systems is essential for ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics effectively consistently.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels proactively consistently.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and role fit accurately.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment for collections roles from sourcing through offer acceptance process efficiently independently.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards with accurate data regularly timely consistently.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and ongoing engagement across all recruitment stages.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to support onboarding and workforce planning initiatives effectively collaboratively.

Skills:

  • Full cycle recruiting expertise managing sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination effectively within high volume.
  • Strong communication skills supporting high maintenance clients, stakeholders, candidates, and internal teams consistently professionally effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, schedules, interviews, and priorities simultaneously under pressure in fast environments.
  • Experience recruiting for collections or sales roles with industry terminology and compliance awareness requirements knowledge.
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards for accurate reporting monitoring updates compliance tracking.
  • Interview scheduling capability supporting eight or more daily interviews for ongoing monthly classes efficiently consistently.
  • Stakeholder management skills partnering with hiring managers across Pacific time zone schedules effectively collaboratively flexibly.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum three years recruiting experience, preferably supporting collections or sales hiring environments with high volume.
  • Demonstrated understanding of collections roles, terminology, processes, and compliance requirements within regulated recruiting environments effectively.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS platforms for recruitment management.
  • Ability to manage high volume recruitment, multiple requisitions, and competing priorities independently efficiently daily successfully.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, supporting Pacific time zone business hours consistently remotely fulltime.
  • Residency requirement to live in Washington State supporting onsite training needs for local Bothell office.
  • Proven capability handling demanding clients requiring frequent communication and stakeholder coordination within recruitment engagements consistently.
