Contract - 2 years contract with potential 6-month extension
Location: San Diego, CA 92102 Description: The Planner Assistant (Level III) is an administrative support role requiring 5–8 years of experience. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to a department and works closely with Service Coordinators to streamline field operations. Responsibilities include calendar management, permit documentation assistance, invoice preparation, handling phone communications, scheduling, record keeping, and general office coordination.
