Location : Portsmouth NH - 03801. The HR Business Partner will support HR objectives for INB and SPM assets in Portsmouth. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, and organizational management, while providing coaching and counseling to managers and leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR agenda for the assigned asset/function and partner closely with the Asset Leadership team for SPM assets.
  • Provide business partner support on various HR topics, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, policy recommendations, and employee engagement.
  • Work with line managers to assess staffing needs and collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure optimal resourcing.
  • Coach managers and supervisors on performance management, discipline, and other HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ability to provide coaching and performance feedback to managers and leaders.
  • Experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership teams and talent acquisition.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.
  • Previous experience working with talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
