Location (mandatory): Houston, TX 77032 The Operations Support Associate supports sales and branch operations by managing data, resolving administrative issues, and ensuring accurate customer contracts, billing, and invoicing. This role may support multiple business units and is essential for maintaining proper documentation, payment processing, and customer issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-routine tasks to resolve customer issues
  • Review, analyze, and cleanse data

  • Handle exception reporting for non-compliant purchase orders
  • Resolve issues from third-party order processors
