Location (mandatory): Minneapolis, MN 55416 his is a temp-to-perm, Site Supervisor / Manager role supporting day-to-day operations in a small-to-medium size law office. The position involves a wide range of onsite operational tasks in a professional legal environment, including mail, shipping, printing, scanning, reception, and client hospitality. It is a solo one-person site requiring independence, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to handle multiple demands with minimal supervision. The role combines hands-on operational work with basic supervisory responsibilities and focuses on delivering high-quality service in a conservative legal setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field; minimum of 2 years in the legal industry strongly preferred.
  • Supervise and manage all day-to-day operations of a 1-person site within a legal office environment (may run the site solo).
  • Handle mail operations, shipping &; receiving, print/scan/copy tasks, reception duties, and hospitality services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues, contract compliance, and high-level executive interactions.
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential legal documents, often under tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Process chargebacks for work, supplies, and hours using systems such as Copitrak or Equitrak.
  • Assist with closing binders, depositions, court system processes, and offsite trial support (scheduling equipment, labor, and supplies).
  • Function as a document specialist while delivering professional support to legal secretaries, project managers, paralegals, associates, and partners.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational procedures to maintain efficiency and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide training on workflows and machine operations as needed.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy by reviewing and correcting time clock entries.
  • Monitor and achieve shift/site profitability through effective use of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain quality standards, meet audit and deadline requirements, and optimize job scheduling.
  • Facilitate resolution of pricing, order, and invoicing issues by coordinating with the sales department.
  • Complete site reports, month-end management reports (when required), and other paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Manage financial aspects including P&;L interpretation, projecting results, and reconciling balances.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and communicate professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
