Location: San Diego, CA 92123 (Remote with initial onsite training) Level I role supporting program operations for an energy savings initiative. Responsible for performing quality control on incoming invoices submitted by third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements. This role involves intake processing, data validation, and verification to ensure all submitted information aligns with established guidelines and measures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform intake, validation, and quality control of invoices submitted by third-party vendors
  • Verify data accuracy and ensure all required fields and documentation are complete
  • Cross-check numbers, calculations, and program measures for compliance
  •  Maintain organized records of processed invoices and supporting documentation
  •  Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
  •  Ensure timely processing of invoices in alignment with program timelines
  •  Utilize systems and tools (including Excel and SAP) for data tracking and reporting
  •  Follow established procedures for program compliance and documentation standards
  •  Support general program coordination and administrative tasks as needed
