Location : Escondido, CA 92025. The Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist will strategically lead and manage the customer fulfillment process, ensuring an excellent customer experience across all service stages. This role provides technical guidance on chemical grouping, disposal options, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with internal teams and third-party partners to support efficient and compliant waste management services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the customer service cycle across internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers regarding service requests and technical issues.
  • Analyze, plan, and facilitate resolutions for customer service and technical challenges.
  • Create new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) in compliance with RCRA &; DOT regulations.
  • Manage waste approval processes with internal teams and third-party TSDFs, ensuring cost-effective, compliant solutions.
  • Generate jobs and detailed work orders to support accurate execution of services by operations teams.
  • Oversee post-shipment processes, verify WIPs and approvals, and resolve discrepancies affecting TSDF acceptance and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with team members on incoming customer requests, including new service quotes and billing support.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Excellence Manager.
