Location : El Segundo CA We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of Content Supply Chain and Generative AI for Mattel’s Global Brand organization. This role will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of scalable content and AI-enabled solutions that transform how marketing content is created, managed, and delivered globally. This leader will partner across Technology, Global Brand, Creative, Data & Analytics, and external partners to operationalize a modern, AI-powered content ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of program leadership, technical fluency, and business acumen, with the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into measurable business impact. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, global environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The strategic roadmap and execution of Mattel’s Content Supply Chain transformation, including content lifecycle (intake, creation, review, distribution, and optimization)
  • The adoption and scaling of Generative AI capabilities across Global Brand workflows and platforms
  • Cross-functional programs integrating platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Workfront, GenAI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI), and data platforms
  • Governance frameworks, intake models, and operating processes to enable scalable and efficient content production
  • Change management and adoption strategies to drive business value from AI and content technologies
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch, aligning with Mattel’s GTO Operating Model
  • Define and manage program roadmaps, priorities, and key milestones in partnership with business and technology leadership
  • Partner with architects, engineers, data scientists, and marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
  • Establish and evolve ways of working, governance models, and delivery frameworks across global teams
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Global Brand, Technology, Creative, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution
  • Communicate program strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively, and drive resolution strategies that balance speed, quality, and business impact
  • Guide prioritization of initiatives and resource allocation to maximize value delivery
  • Promote best practices in Content Supply Chain and GenAI adoption, including workflow optimization and process automation
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and team effectiveness
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and knowledge sharing
