Job Responsibilities:

  • Agency and Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with agency and media partners to plan and execute influencer and paid media campaigns. Develop relationships within the digital influencer community and manage influencer outreach. Execute influencer giftings, managing lists, and fulfillment.

Ensure the timely execution of influencer and paid media campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and agencies. Maintain updated documentation of campaign schedules and assets. Support social media content creation for cross-channel marketing initiatives.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO/SEM.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and digital media trends.
  • Strong knowledge of influencer segments (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and in teams.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Experience working with agencies and influencers.
  • The ideal candidate should be skilled in digital marketing, creative briefs, and influencer collaborations, with experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media trends.
  • This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
