Location: Herriman, UT 84096 The Senior IS Technician supports offsite retail IT operations by performing hardware installation, maintenance, and service support across multiple store locations. This role involves traveling to different sites to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related IT equipment while ensuring proper functionality and adherence to service standards. Mileage reimbursement is provided per company rate. Other: This is a fully onsite, field-based role requiring daily travel between store locations Mileage reimbursement provided at company standard rate Candidate must list City/State at the top of the resume On-call support required for after-hours, weekend, and holiday issues Some drive times may be several hours between locations Role may require working flexible schedules based on store needs Strong independence and reliability are essential for success in this role

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Travel to multiple store locations to perform IT hardware installation and support tasks
  •  Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, networking equipment, and cabling
  •  Execute device imaging and basic system configuration activities
  •  Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service calls at assigned locations
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and basic connectivity issues onsite
  •  Complete required documentation, service reports, and paperwork accurately
  •  Follow daily instructions and support provided by lead or FTE team members
  •  Participate in on-call support for after-hours, weekend, and holiday store issues
  •  Maintain professional customer service while working across multiple sites
  •  Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within scheduled hours

Skills:
