Location : Bend, OR The Project Manager III is responsible for leading and managing multiple projects from execution through completion while ensuring customer satisfaction, budget adherence, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC and automation projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead project execution following deal closure and oversee project delivery lifecycle
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met
  • Direct, motivate, and hold multidisciplinary project teams accountable for project success
  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for customers throughout project execution
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, profitability, and risk mitigation activities
  • Prepare and communicate scope changes in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Develop and support mid-to-long-term program strategies with internal teams
  • Define and manage customer communications, milestone reviews, and lessons learned sessions
  • Ensure effective project governance and stakeholder alignment across the organization
  • Act as a customer advocate and champion project objectives internally
  • Drive project performance through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 5–10 years of project or program management experience
  • Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
  • Proven background in HVAC, automation, or related technical environments
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing project leadership roles
