Contract - 12 months

Location : Kennett Square, PA The Project Manager III will lead the integration of NERC CIP compliance programs between Constellation and Calpine, ensuring the successful consolidation of security frameworks, compliance processes, and governance standards. This role requires strong project management expertise within regulated environments and experience managing compliance-focused initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess NERC CIP knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to oversee audit readiness while coordinating multi-site project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of NERC CIP compliance programs between Constellation and Calpine.
  • Develop, execute, and manage project plans for merging systems, processes, and compliance programs.
  • Design and align security frameworks and compliance workflows.
  • Review management model documentation and engineering design deliverables.
  • Perform site walkdowns and field validation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to NERC CIP regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain audit readiness and track all auditable items throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide program oversight across multiple sites and coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate monthly travel for oversight of project execution across multiple locations.

Skills:

  • Strong Project Management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory compliance.

  • Risk assessment and security compliance experience.
  • Experience designing security frameworks and compliance workflows.
  • Knowledge of physical security systems.
  • Experience with Access Control Systems (C-Cure 9000 preferred, Lenel or Honeywell acceptable).
  • Experience with Video Surveillance/CCTV systems (preferred).
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to perform site assessments and field validation.
  • Excellent organizational and audit management capabilities.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Physical Security, Critical Infrastructure Protection, or Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with security assessment methodologies and risk management.
  • Experience managing projects in compliance-driven or regulated environments.
  • PMP Certification preferred but not required.
  • No college degree required.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% (about one trip per month).
  • Local candidates to Kennett Square, PA or Baltimore, MD preferred; Houston, TX considered as a secondary location.
