The eCommerce digital shelf analyst is a key member of the eCommerce Digital Shelf team, where our mission is to build and maintain a best-in-class digital shelf. This role sits within the Digital Commerce team, with the critical role of developing and maintaining Digital Shelf data capabilities to further our performance on retailer websites and key marketplaces. Day-to-day, you will be working in our Product Information Management (PIM) system, Salsify, and other internal data systems to manage our product catalog, build, and manage publication channels to our partners, and build efficiencies via workflows and automations. A successful candidate will be detail oriented, comfortable with large sets of data, and enjoy mapping out and improving core processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own brand Digital Shelf performance across key retailers and marketplaces by ensuring content completeness, data accuracy, and syndication / publication effectiveness by SKU
  • Maintain data accuracy and data integrity within Salsify catalog and other Digital Shelf tools by organizing complex data structures into simplified, rule-based automations and workflows within Salsify and collaborating with IT & Data teams to evangelize Digital Shelf use cases for data input
  • Design, build, and document new processes within Salsify and other systems to streamline and automate processes
  • Identify areas for improvement across the digital shelf, including content gaps and internal processes, and evangelize solutions across the digital shelf and internal teams
  • Build and maintain retailer channel connections within Salsify, audit retailers for content accuracy and evolving content requirements
  • Generate ad hoc and scheduled Digital Shelf team reporting and Scorecarding
  • Train cross-functional partners on Digital Shelf processes; align to build better operating models and share critical information across teams

Skills:

  • 3+ years related experience
  • Expertise with the Salsify platform required, including complex formulas, data modelling, and workflow development
  • Experience working with Profitero a plus
  • Proficient in excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor is MUST
