Portsmouth, NH 03801 Serve as a hands-on senior member of the Quality Control team supporting testing of in-process materials, finished drug products, stability samples, ad hoc testing, and client-specific requests in a biologics manufacturing environment. Perform and review analytical assays, troubleshoot laboratory equipment and software, support investigations and audit readiness, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant QC results. Provide technical guidance and feedback to junior analysts, delegate daily tasks, and help drive laboratory improvements without serving as a formal manager.
Shift: Hybrid The Accounts Payable Finance position is responsible invoice processing, researching and responding to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoice payments while ensuring compliance with process controls. The position will also consist of cross-training on all assigned responsibilities of invoice processing.
Shift: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm The ServiceNow Implementation Contractor will support a large-scale ServiceNow rollout from planning through go-live and hypercare. This role combines User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training development and delivery, implementation coordination, documentation management, and basic ServiceNow administration functions.

Location - Portland, OR 97204 Shift: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm A Forms Management Specialist with InDesign expertise is a professional who designs, updates, and manages official organizational documents and forms using Adobe InDesign
Shift: Mon to Fri, 7:30 am - 4:3 pm Small Description: This contingent worker will be working with excel spreadsheet reports daily, making sure that orders are placed, necessary documents are signed, and trucks are routed. There will be some light scheduling/rescheduling of truck routes when changes arise. The candidate should have some kind of dispatch/truck routing experience, customer service skills, Outlook skills, and be able to multi-task. They will be using Oracle, Descartes, and Kofax in this role so experience with any of these is a plus
Shift: Mon to Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Small Description (mandatory): On a day-to-day basis, the temp will be responsible for supporting multiple customer locations in the Peninsula/South Bay/East Bay. At these customer locations, we have the capability to provide these services: mail, shipping & receiving, copy/production center, reception, hospitality, and conference room setups. The job responsibilities will vary depending on which customer site the temp is at for the day.
