The Accounts Payable Duplicate & Audit Analyst is responsible for reviewing and resolving suspected duplicate invoices, auditing daily wire payments, and validating supplier banking information. The role provides additional support for invoice audits, fraud reviews, and other Accounts Payable processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with established procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and resolve suspected duplicate invoices
  • Investigate invoice discrepancies and determine appropriate resolution
  • Audit daily wire payments for accuracy and completeness
  • Validate supplier banking details and identify potential discrepancies
  • Provide backup support for invoice audits and Accounts Payable activities
  • Assist with fraud reviews and related payment verification processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit activities
  • Analyze financial and invoice data to identify discrepancies and potential issues
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Communicate audit findings, discrepancies, and required actions clearly
  • Adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures as required
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable and other internal teams to resolve issues
  • Support additional AP audit and payment-related activities as assigned
