• Develop and validate optical models as part of an imaging simulation pipeline to enable novel camera HW explorations, data generation, and product architecture validation. • Partner with the internal optics and camera team to understand modeling requirements and to improve fidelity and efficiency. • Liaison with software partners like Synopsis and Ansys to understand their implementations, limitations and find out solutions. • Collaborate with developers of other pipeline components such as graphics renderer and sensor model to understand different implementation tradeoffs and optimize for overall performance. • Experiment and data collection to validate modeling accuracy • Investigate latest imaging modeling technologies to enable realistic simulation of real camera behaviors • Research and develop novel calibration and metrology technologies.
• Translate and edit a variety of Client content, including user interface and long-form text, in response to urgent/priority internal requests. • Perform testing of the translated products to identify linguistic and functional issues. • Perform analysis and evaluation of machine-translated text/GENAI generated translations. • Perform terminology and style guide updates. Complete localizability checks. • Take implementation decisions on linguistic feedback received from stakeholders. • Perform LQA resolution. Provide linguistic and cultural expertise in various localization projects. Provide linguistic support and guidance to vendor translation teams • Skills Minimum Qualifications 100% native fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and near-native fluency in English. • Minimum 3 years of experience in translation from English. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Familiarity with relevant culture and trends. • Preferred Qualifications Degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, Communication or similar is desirable. Experience in the social media and mobile space is a plus. Familiarity with computer aided translation tools is desirable.
