This specific position focuses on the Partnership platform working in the Loyalty team. The Client partners with different companies to provide benefits to our customers beyond the grocery ecosystem. The Product Manager is responsible for helping to develop this platform as well as working closely with partners in launching key partnership benefits to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Champion the needs of customers, Partners, business teams, stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals and objectives of the project.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to assess scope and technical solutions.
  • Create and manage a product backlog of user stories for UX/Design and Engineering to execute projects

Skills:

  • Looking for candidates that have Retail/ E-commerce experience.
  • Research competitors, best practices and gather industry knowledge to help the Digital Loyalty team with other experiences and products.
  • Collaborate with external partners in identifying requirements which are in line with the contract keeping both client and partner constraints in mind.
  • Support Partnership operation activities

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on information technology or product management
  • 7-9 years of experience as a Product Manager within an Agile environment
  • Previous e-commerce experience strongly preferred, web or mobile apps.
  • Experience within the grocery industry preferred but not required.
  • Worked in an agile development environment, with teams consisting of product, program management, engineering and UX/design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have experience presenting concepts/ideas to senior management for feedback and approval.
  • Experience with A/B testing and web experimentation
  • Have experience defining a product from scratch and communicating requirements directly with engineering teams
  • Ability to operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Experience working with JIRA/Confluence, Figma or equivalent product/design software
  • Experience with rewards points, API’s, working with complex systems and dependent teams is a big plus.

This data-focused role would be responsible for quality data reports, liaison with the national Value Based Solutions (VBS) based contracting data team on data needs and reports and complete extensive and ongoing analysis needed to drill into member level data to determine the interventions for improvement in all the HEDIS MDH Performance Measures. They will assist with the VBS program with providers and the conversion to a new value based contracting model, Value Incentive Program (AVIP).
