Individuals are responsible for repairing, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also be refurbished, and QA returned store hardware equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Administer asset tracking using software systems.
Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific store hardware.
Process all applicable warranty claims.
Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.

Skills:

Technical individuals with 2-year technical school and/or experience preferred.
Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required
2-year technical school and/or experience, preferred
