Small Description: The Med D Finance Coordinator role requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading company. The position is in our PBM Finance Operations Member Experience department and will be part of the Medicare Coordination of Benefits (COB)/Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) team, a group responsible for ensuring the appropriate adjudication of claims across multiple payers. As a Med D Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting claims data on all adjudication platforms. You will take part in a variety of tasks and projects across the COB/MSP team. To be successful in this role, you will need to communicate effectively in individual and group situations, as well as the ability to plan assignments, develop action plans, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
This position will consist of mail handling, shipping/receiving, mail distribution and package distribution. The manager is looking for someone with shipping/mail experience and Office experience will help as well (Microsoft Outlook and Teams specifically). The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be comfortable learning to operate a wide range of bindery equipment. We generate multiple outbound shipments daily. No individual box exceeds 50 lbs, though there may be several boxes per shipment. We have equipment operated from a standing position and have outbound packages to lift.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ. The job scope is working with the corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information
Location - North Miami, FL 33181. Duties include answering telephone calls, receiving and directing clients to the appropriate counselors. We do a lot of cash processing. We process payments in the systems. We do a lot of data entry. Must be a team player. We must have customer service skills. I must be able to adapt to a lot of changes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our office. Main responsibilities include ordering headstones and everything that comes with memorials
Collaborate with the dispensing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to accurately and efficiently prepare patient medication orders, package customer orders for shipment, and receive and stock supplies.
Under the supervision of a pharmacist, as the pharmacy technician, fill prescription orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. Place approved orders for shipping supplies. Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well-organized manner. Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure packages are stocked appropriately. Work with Inventory CDR to assist in receiving, posting, put-away, and cycle counting functions. Monitor and pull short dated or expired products from active inventory.
Billing Specialist I will be responsible for qualifying, preparing and submitting claims to Medicare Part B, Major Medical and Medicaid. Individuals must work with LTC facility staff, Omnicare pharmacy operations staff, prescriber offices, third party payers, patients and/or their responsible parties and claim processors. This position requires work within several different operating systems and web-based programs to retrieve document images, collect supporting or additional information on files and work claims through to resolution to ensure compliant, timely and accurate billing practices.
