Small Description: The Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy - Health Care Delivery Growth will be responsible for defining and driving our marketing strategy to drive growth of health care delivery, including optimizing the Minute Clinic search strategy and Oak Street Health owned asset strategy. This role includes evaluating and optimizing our 200+ services pages, leading our digital measurement strategy in adobe analytics, and working cross-functionally with our SEO & digital teams. This will require a blend of analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to communicate insights effectively

Job Responsibilities:

  • SEO Optimization: Oversee the optimization of the Minute Clinic search strategy and ensure that all services pages are SEO-friendly to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
  • Oak Street Marketing: Manage marketing initiatives for Oak Street Health-owned assets, ensuring alignment with Health’s overall marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Digital Measurement Strategy: Lead the digital measurement strategy using Adobe Analytics to track performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Support the day-to-day management of end-to-end marketing campaign deliverables, including creative briefing, journey mapping, segmentation, testing strategies, and campaign delivery.
  • Innovative Solutions: Bring new and innovative ideas to drive customer value through new channels, experiences, partnerships, or other assets and activations to achieve growth goals for the enterprise.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively develop trusted relationships across functional teams, including Marketing, Enterprise Digital, Business Teams, Analytics, Creative &; Design, and Legal.

Skills:

  • Talent for working under pressure in a fast-paced, white space environment, with ability to balance business needs and requests
  • Knowledge of digital tools, marketing technology and tactics
  • Development of segmentation and marketing strategies based on insights and data
  • Able to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based large enterprise environment

Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retail, healthcare, and consumer understanding
  • 5+ years of retail marketing or digital marketing/strategy experience
  • 1+ years of cross-functional leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
