A Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails from customers, assisting with order inquiries or issues, processing returns or exchanges, updating customer account information, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate department if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner

  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
