Location : Waterloo, IA 50703. Join our Manufacturing Engineering team supporting production operations and continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer will spend approximately 50% of their time on the shop floor and may travel to other Waterloo facilities for training. Seeking an analyst experienced in health care or health plan credentialing, compliance monitoring and auditing to join our Credentialing and Payer Delegation team. This position supports credentialing compliance monitoring program activities, auditing, data collection, trend analysis and meeting timeliness for delegated payer deliverables.

The Coding Quality Auditor will be responsible for validating and reviewing Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) risk adjustable charts through retrospective chart reviews. This individual will work on a variety of administrative tasks to assist the Care Coordination department that may include but are not limited to, the inbound care management queue line, responding to questions and inquiries from both members/guardians or parties assisting with services. They will be responsible for taking referrals, confirming their Medicaid eligibility and processing the referral. This role will also complete Health Risk Assessments for all members assigned. It is imperative that the CMA must be able to practice both a high level of professionalism and compassion at all times when interacting with various departments or member representatives. The CMA will also support administrative needs that involve comfortability with working in complex data systems, an Electronic Record System and/or Excel at any given time. Tasks can change with little notice to meet the demands of the health plan requiring flexibility.
Through the use of care management tools and information/data review, conducts comprehensive evaluation of referred member's needs/eligibility and recommends an approach to case resolution and/or meeting needs by evaluating member's benefit plan and available internal and external programs/services. Identifies high risk factors and service needs that may impact member outcomes and care planning components with appropriate referral to clinical case management or crisis intervention as appropriate.
Must be well organized and able to accurately prepare, catalog and electronically store information. Strong communication skills, QA/QC experience* This assignment is to provide operational project support to assess different information inputs (moderate to complex data) that will be used in various pricing initiatives. The role will aggregate the data based on defined requirements to a single output for consumption by other areas in the organization. Strict attention to detail is essential to the role – the results could be subject to future audits.
The Clinical Programming Manager is responsible for managing the timely and accurate execution of programming components of clinical trials. The Manager leads and manages completed projects that involve global tasks, cross functional teams, or outsourcing resources. The role may require providing input to design and analysis, and report the results of clinical trials, including programming rules and mocked T/L/G. In addition, providing all safety claims for new drugs and extension of claims/publication support for our marketed drugs.
