This job is responsible for efficiently recruiting and maintaining the Independent Service Network for clients In-home Service Delivery team. Reporting directly to the VP, Home Warranty Partnership Operations, this role involves sourcing, onboarding, and supporting independent service providers to ensure a seamless experience for client’s customers. In addition to learning and utilizing all databases and applications relevant to recruitment and contract management, the individual in this role will contribute to the overall success of client’s service delivery operations through adept technology use and effective communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all new ISPs.
  • Directly responsible for closing gaps in client’s network to reduce Locating and Buyouts.
  • Set up and maintain service provider profiles as it relates to clients’ systems.
  • Utilize Excel, reports provided, and other tools to manage and analyze data, and track recruitment metrics.
  • Support the RSM (Regional Service Manager) with daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Support RSM with sending/receiving ISP agreements and rate adjustments.
  • Maintain notes in databases/spreadsheets.
  • Actively participates in team meetings and best practice sharing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret work orders and job control procedures
  • Efficiency and accuracy in meeting production goals
  • Basic knowledge of assembling, packaging, stacking, and labeling parts
  • Attention to detail in separating scrap from usable parts
  • Ability to operate presses, assist machine operators, and handle production equipment
  • Organizational skills to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment
  • Awareness of surroundings and ability to report unsafe conditions

Education/Experience:

  • College degree or technical training.
  • Prior home warranty experience.
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills, with attention to detail.
  • 1 year experience in the Service Industries, to include: major appliances, consumer electronics, HVAC, plumbing, or, electrical
