Location: Irvine CA 92618 (Hybrid) Hybrid Role Tues, Wed and Thurs on site. Monday and Friday work from home Working hours: 7-4 or 8-5 4-6 years’ experience The Documentation Specialist is responsible for implementation and execution of documentation and change control processes based on business, regulatory and customer requirements to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Change Orders according to appropriate procedures
  • Review Change Orders for accuracy and completion and provide feedback to originators
  • Assist in delivering training to internal customers on Change Order process
  • Revise Document and Change Control related documents for style, grammar, spelling, format and assess impact it may have on other documents
  • Assist in Non-Conformance Reports and CAPAs
  • Other responsibilities as required or assigned by manager
  • Train on correct way to submit when submitted incorrectly
  • Inbound calls 20% from customers/most communication is via email
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Leading monthly training calls on rotating schedule
