Contract - 3 Months (Temp to hire)

This position reports directly to the Controller and works with several departments including but not limited to, warehouse, accounting, commercial operations, and pricing.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Validate daily receiving after audit
  •  Removing POs/Items from shipments as needed for validation
  •  Validate, update and review Receiving Log
  •  Review log for multiple POs and No Codes
  •  Adding items to existing POs
  •  Request new POs as needed, including documenting log with new PO information (Audit Trail & Story Telling)
  •  “No Code List” and PO update process
  • Review & prepare purchase orders for samples received into DC warehouse
  •  Product transfer invoice process, and tax preparation
  •  Arizona and New Mexico State Excise Tax Filing
  •  Bill keg returns
  •  Deferred Taxes
  • Stop Charges
  • Assist with Product Buy Ins
  •  Resale Certificates

  • Accurate data-entry skills
  •  10 key by touch.
  • Abilities:
  •  Must have a sharp eye for detail
  •  Must be able to multi-task in a high-energy environment
  •  Effective communication skills both verbal and written are vital to the success of this position

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  •  Two years general accounting on-the-job or formal education
  •  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
