Contract - 02 Month

Location- Rochester NY, 14606. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will interact as an onsite resource to increase sales of Client’s products and/or services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's buying experience. You will also collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met. This is a very collaborative and inclusive work environment where individuals strong on aptitude and attitude will have an opportunity to grow their professional careers. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, team player with a driven spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain a firm understanding of Client’s suppliers and the industry.
  • Keeps abreast of new products and acquires and shares competitive knowledge.
  • Reports industry trends, competitive pricing and customer feedback to management.
  • Builds a healthy relationship with client, stakeholders, and teammates.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

  • 2 year of sales experience, B2B preferred. Industrial/automation experience a huge plus.
  • Competitive in nature, but collaborative team player
  • Not afraid to ask questions and has a continuous improvement mindset
  • Has strong time management &; are organized
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel 0% - 25%
  • This position is located onsite at client’s location

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ;Bachelor’s degree preferred
