Location : Moline, IL 61265. These positions will deliver In-person and virtual training to employees. They will be responsible for delivering pre-existing content virtually or in-person to develop and inspire the leaders of tomorrow. The delivery audience will range from production employees to the director level. The position will require an ability to connect with and manage multiple personality types in a workshop, field questions, and adapt to unexpected events that can occur during instruction and travel. The position requires a leader with excellent communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude even in challenging circumstances.
