Location : Fort Worth TX The Product Coordinator will support product operations for travel and hotel-related offerings by managing invoicing, updating content, and coordinating projects across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft tools. The coordinator will interact with high-level partners to gather information and ensure accuracy across platforms while supporting various cross-functional initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing in MediaNet, troubleshoot discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve invoicing processes.
  • Maintain and update hotel pages, content, and promotions in Switchfly, ensuring information is accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and high-level partners to gather information and support product-related activities.
  • Assist with special projects within the department or cross-functionally across other teams.
  • Support marketing and product operations through data review, content checks, and process coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards by organizing documentation, tracking tasks, and maintaining product accuracy.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to enhance product performance and customer experience.

Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organization), PowerPoint, and general computer skills.
  • Content & Platform Management: Experience or familiarity with platforms like Switchfly (preferred but trainable).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate data, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvements.
  • Project Coordination: Skills in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in updating information, reviewing content, and managing documentation.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Experience interacting with partners, cross-functional teams, and customer-facing environments.
