Contract - Direct hire

Location : Montreal, Quebec CAN. Shift: Hybrid role, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are looking for a Unit People & Culture Business Partner who is passionate about people, culture, and organizational success. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and line managers, supporting operational goals through strong people strategies, inclusive talent management, and effective change leadership.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HR background with project management experience (ideal).
  • HR certifications and proven HR work history (asset).
  • Familiarity with HR systems, system upgrades, and LEAN technologies (Lean software experience preferred).
  • Change management experience is a strong asset.

Education/Experience:

  • University degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in French (spoken & written) is required
  • Intermediate level of spoken and written English (required to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners outside Quebec).
