Location : Everett WA USA 98208 The Vendor / Administrative Coordinator supports aircraft heavy maintenance operations by managing material and tooling availability at an external MRO facility. This role works onsite with multiple technical operations teams to ensure aircraft maintenance activities are not delayed due to material constraints, helping protect planned aircraft return-to-service timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external heavy maintenance providers to fulfill aircraft material and tooling requirements
  • Track and communicate material status for each aircraft to Maintenance and Maintenance Control teams
  • Identify material shortages and support mitigation actions to prevent maintenance delays
  • Oversee shipment of unserviceable parts to designated repair vendors
  • Monitor and coordinate the return of unused or excess materials to airline stations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Material Planning, Stores, Supplier Management, and AOG Desk
  • Support smooth aircraft return-to-service during heavy maintenance visits
