Because this involves invoicing, they want someone who has Accounting with AR experience. AP might work but this role is definitely more AR focused. While this is certainly relevant and would be great if we found this expertise, we will need to prioritize finding the right Digital + Web Content Management experience. In past times when we’ve tried to source candidates for this role, there have been a lot of candidates primarily with Marketing and Social Media Manager expertise, often related to just the creation of content – which is not quite what we are looking for. Having this knowledge can help, but in addition to overall Marketing + content creation expertise, we need someone with the Digital and hands-on Content Management experience.
