Location : Richland, WA 99354 The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute projects with a strong focus on cost estimating, financial analysis, budget management, and project controls. The role will develop project estimates and forecasts, conduct cost and risk analysis, manage contracts and change orders, and coordinate project teams and stakeholders. This position is available across Levels I, II, and III based on experience, responsibilities, and certification requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Perform cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to support project decisions
  • Prepare detailed project scopes of work, schedule projections, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with estimating teams to validate bid proposals and cost breakdowns
  • Monitor project financial performance and maintain budget controls
  • Manage vendor contracts, change orders, and procurement activities with strong financial oversight
  • Lead and coordinate project teams based on project size and complexity
  • Track project schedules, costs, resources, and deliverables
  • Analyze budgets, forecasts, cost models, and financial data
  • Support project planning and execution in accordance with established project management practices
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Communicate project financial status, risks, schedules, and requirements to appropriate stakeholders
  • Identify potential cost, schedule, and resource risks and support mitigation strategies
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure project activities remain aligned with approved budgets, schedules, and objectives
  • Provide financial and estimating support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Perform additional project management, estimating, financial analysis, and project controls activities as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Project Management certification required for Levels II and III.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
