North America Regional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing HR Services advice, support and expertise to the Region's HR Function and to business stakeholders. You will work closely with the Global Delivery Centers, HR Services, Talent Advisors, HR Generalists, Employee Relations, HR IT, NA Payroll, IT, Recruiting, Facilities, General Counsel, HR Solutions & Systems, peer Regional Consultant Leaders and the Centers of Expertise team members to help shape and plan services strategies to address the needs of the NA region. Must be able to coordinate the effective integration of the colleague, manager, and leader experience within NA and ensure compliance with national legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate should have a strong track record of expertise and experience in HR processes, administration and HR systems.
The HR Systems Lead performs systems support and participates on projects for Company’s workforce management systems (UKG). The role covers North America (US and Canada) and Latin America (Mexico) and provides technical and process expertise to a distributed set of internal and external resources who execute the various aspects of the HR function. This role performs support activities using the ServiceNow toolset to ensure a stable and effective systems environment for all users. This includes analyzing, documenting and troubleshooting issues, capturing requirements for system improvement requests, escalating complex problems to HR systems leaders and/or suppliers for resolution, thoroughly testing solutions, performing scheduled activities with the various HR cycles, and taking the necessary steps to identify root cause and drive continuous improvement. The HR Systems Lead is assigned to projects and participates with HR systems and functional leadership in delivering the HR systems roadmap. Project work assignments encompass requirements definition, vendor management, testing, process development, system/workbook documentation, change management, training, and communications.

Effective delivery of Health telephonic based MTM service directly results in improved member care through the identification of medication related problems followed by the coordination of the resolution to these problems. This is accomplished by telephonically performing medication reconciliations with high-risk members and communicating (both verbally and written) medication related problems to members, caregivers, and prescribers. The MTM Pharmacist interacts successfully with patients, prescribers, nurse case managers, clients, and internal resources to identify member-specific treatment plans based on nationally recognized treatment guidelines to help the member attain their health-related goals and help them on their path to better health. Pharmacists will also be trained to use the innovative skill of behavioral modification and interviewing, which are key drivers to positively impact patient health outcomes.

The role includes reviewing policy coverage, evaluating damages, and managing communication with vendors, policyholders, adjusters, and attorneys to ensure compliance with state and company guidelines. Experienced Data Engineer to support our infrastructure work. This role would be primarily responsible for building and modifying high-complexity pipelines and alerting systems for my team in legal. We're looking for someone having experience with SQL and python-based pipeline development (Dataswarm, airflow, etc).
