North America Regional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing HR Services advice, support and expertise to the Region's HR Function and to business stakeholders. You will work closely with the Global Delivery Centers, HR Services, Talent Advisors, HR Generalists, Employee Relations, HR IT, NA Payroll, IT, Recruiting, Facilities, General Counsel, HR Solutions & Systems, peer Regional Consultant Leaders and the Centers of Expertise team members to help shape and plan services strategies to address the needs of the NA region. The HR Systems Lead performs systems support and participates on projects for Company’s workforce management systems (UKG). The role covers North America (US and Canada) and Latin America (Mexico) and provides technical and process expertise to a distributed set of internal and external resources who execute the various aspects of the HR function.
