The Group seeks an experienced cable engineer with a background in EE, selection of cable components, wiring diagrams and cable fabrication processes. This engineer will work on a variety of short duration (6-18 month) projects to provide complex and innovative solutions for a number of sensor systems. This engineer must be capable of working well in teams consisting of Subject Matter Experts across many different fields. Others: • Interim clearance is sufficient to start this assignment. • This position is hybrid; 4 days a week onsite with 1 day remote. • Candidate must be local to Lexington at the start of the assignment. • Interview will be two round interviews via Zoom. They will do an initial screening and then a panel zoom interview.
• The Group supports the Missile Defense Agency in the development, deployment, testing, and enhancement of the nation’s missile defense system. This system is currently being developed, to defend the United States, deployed forces, and allies from missile attacks. This group performs detailed system and component engineering, flight and ground test analysis, and advanced capability development in collaboration with the contractors and government program offices that are building the missile defense elements and components. The group has a need for a Systems Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Engineer to support the analysis of future system requirements. The engineer will manage, develop, update and run system models and simulation tools to evaluate missile defense system performance and support algorithm development. Others: • Education: MS degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or other STEM field. Plus 10 years’ experience. • Clearance: Candidates must possess an active secret clearance to be considered for this position. • Work location: Hybrid - Candidates must be local to Lexington. Quota Methodology • Develop, execute, and maintain predictive quota setting methodologies to ensure fair and accurate quota setting for the field sales organization.
