Compliance Auditing & Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular internal audits to identify compliance gaps, manage prior disclosures, and develop long-term process improvements to minimize financial and legal risks. Location (mandatory): Las Vegas, NV The Surveillance Operator is a desk-based, onsite security monitoring role responsible for reviewing live video feeds, identifying potential threats, and taking immediate action such as issuing real-time audio warnings or contacting law enforcement/property representatives. Operators monitor multiple sites nationwide using proprietary software and work in a fast-paced, multi-screen environment. This role is not related to casino surveillance and is not located on the Las Vegas Strip.

Location (mandatory): Remote WFH We are seeking a skilled software professional responsible for designing and implementing system software from initial requirements through production and commercial deployment. The role involves developing, coding, testing, debugging, and reviewing system-level applications while ensuring efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources. The candidate will collaborate closely with hardware design and development teams to ensure seamless integration. Strong knowledge of operating system coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems is essential. A solid academic background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Experience with the Go programming language is preferred.
Location: Lexington, MA Maintains operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination of infrastructure and cloud responsibilities. Develops and designs core operating system builds. Responsible for coding, virtualization, and automation of systems. Sets up administrator and service accounts, maintains an active directory of users and system documentation, tunes system performance, installs system-wide software, and allocates mass storage space. Assesses and resolves user access problems related to security controls to minimize business impact and risk exposure. Identifies and evaluates vendor products and establishes vendor monitoring and tracking processes. Performs capacity planning and monitors and tunes systems. Recommends appropriate platforms for purchase, coordinates installation, and provides backup and recovery support. Serves as a point of escalation for major incidents unresolved at the helpdesk level. Develops and monitors policies and standards related to the use of computing resources. Drafts general IT communications to end users including outage and downtime notifications. May serve as the primary liaison for mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture activities related to user access, network, security, and support.
