The RN Navigator Home Health Review monitors home health patients to ensure patients continue to meet the CMS criteria for services. They are a member of the patient’s care team and act as a patient advocate, providing proactive outreach to Health value-based payer patients. The RN Navigator makes recommendations to primary care providers regarding ongoing services. The RN Navigator facilitates communication and coordinates care with physicians, the providers’ clinic, hospital facilities, family, caregivers, and other community healthcare providers. The Associate will support transitions of care as needed.
The Clinical Documentation Medical Professional is responsible for facilitating improvement in the overall quality and completeness of the medical record documentation. The CDMP will provide support and expertise through comprehensive assessment and review of inpatient medical records. The CDMP will facilitate accurate DRG assignment and obtain appropriate documentation through extensive interaction with physicians, patient caregivers and health information management coding staff to ensure that reimbursement is received for the level of services rendered to the patients.

A Production Associate will be responsible for operating and assisting with press machines, removing and separating parts from scrap, assembling and packaging parts, preparing skids, totes, and boxes, and moving finished products to storage or the next operation. Wrapping pallets. Pushing machines. Both sit down and dock stock forklift experience. RF scanner experience. Good math skills. You are pick/packing, shrink wrapping to tight specifications, and scanning when needed. It does require 50 % manual labor.

Location: Portland, OR 97217. Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Receiving - Unloading common Carrier deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon). Scanning the tracking labels into our system, then staging the packages and then loaded into our Mail Van to be delivered to the adidas campus. Assist our driver with unloading the van on campus. Shipping - assist the driver in picking up any Outbound Packages from the adidas campus and delivering them to the warehouse. Scan packages into our system and stage for common carrier pickups in the afternoon. Daily Volume is 200 packages/day spread out amongst a team of 3-4 people, also receiving and prepping freight shipments as needed Provides operations functions in one or all the following areas: operates high volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, or bindery equipment, performs associated copying tasks, ships and receives products and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping/Hospitality, file services, call center representative, and reception, etc. May perform various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance. Note: Due to the higher level of presentation and telephone skills needed to perform as well as temporary/occasional receptionist duties, employees performing this function are Senior On-Site Services Specialist. This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.
