The role requires following all plant safety guidelines, wearing proper PPE, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and working efficiently to meet production goals.
Location: Bolingbrook, IL 60440. Work Schedule: M-F 6am – 3pm This is not 100% sit on lift all day. It is a combination of labor and lift. Picking orders include bending and lifting. Wrapping pallets. Pushing machines. Both sit down and dock stock forklift experience. RF scanner experience. Good math skills. You are pick/packing, shrink wrapping to tight specifications, and scanning when needed. It does require 50 % manual labor.

Work Schedule: M-F 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Provides operations functions in one or all the following areas: operates high volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, or bindery equipment, performs associated copying tasks, ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage.
Location: Portland, OR 97217. Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Receiving - Unloading common Carrier deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon). Scanning the tracking labels into our system, then staging the packages and then loaded into our Mail Van to be delivered to the adidas campus. Assist our driver with unloading the van on campus. Shipping - assist the driver in picking up any Outbound Packages from the adidas campus and delivering them to the warehouse. Scan packages into our system and stage for common carrier pickups in the afternoon. Daily Volume is 200 packages/day spread out amongst a team of 3-4 people, also receiving and prepping freight shipments as needed Provides operations functions in one or all the following areas: operates high volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, or bindery equipment, performs associated copying tasks, ships and receives products and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping/Hospitality, file services, call center representative, and reception, etc. May perform various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance. Note: Due to the higher level of presentation and telephone skills needed to perform as well as temporary/occasional receptionist duties, employees performing this function are Senior On-Site Services Specialist. This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.

Provides document classification validation of automatically classified documents. Provides data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents. Provides redaction validation of automatically applied redaction of digital documents. Provides manual meta-data indexing from digital documents. Provides quality control of documents converted to digital format. Provides check data validation of incoming checks. Provides check batch total reconciliation. Provides check amount distribution as required by customer.
Location: Oconomowoc, WI 53066. Work Schedule: 01st Shift, 8am – 5pm (Mon-Fri) This is a facilities position, so the job entails light maintenance such as chair assembly, dock management, and mail delivery. This position also requires a high level of customer interaction from C level to office staff. Good communications skills are a must along with some PC skills as well. They will be responsible for retrieving tickets form the Service Now system and then completing the requests in a timely manner and reporting back to the client when complete Someone who is self-motivated, mechanically inclined, small repairs such as chair assembly and some dock work are required as well. Lifting 50 pounds no extensive walking.

Shift : Monday – Friday 830am – 5pm We are looking for a detail-oriented BOT Data Cleaning & Validation Analyst to ensure the highest quality of supplier data related to tax coding. You will be responsible for cleansing supplier data, validating tax codes, and ensuring data accuracy using a variety of internal and external tools.
Location - Location: Omaha, NE 68102 (Travel). Small Description: Our sites deliver mail, do print jobs putting them together, answering the phones changing toner in the machines placing service calls for the machines. Strong customer service skills, someone who can deal with change, fast learner, deals well under pressure will be successful. There is walking to deliver toner and mail lifting 50 lbs. Be able to use Microsoft, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint. There is free parking if they must pay, and the site will be reimbursed.
