Location ; Houston TX. The Deviation Investigator/Initiator Level III is responsible for the initiation, investigation and completion of Minor and low/medium severity Major process deviations unassisted, and the supervised completion of high severity Major and Critical process deviations with the aim at identification of root cause, determining Product Quality Impact (PQI) and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Develops and maintains an IS security program and policies for an assigned area of responsibility. Develops and oversees operational IS security implementation policy and guidelines. Monitors all available resources that provide warnings of system vulnerabilities or ongoing attacks. Monitors system recovery processes to ensure security features and procedures are properly restored and functioning correctly. Responsible for security assessments, tests, and reviews; ensuring proper measures are taken when an IS incident or vulnerability affecting classified systems or information is discovered. Ensures the application of configuration management policies and procedures for authorizing the use of hardware/software are followed. Ensures systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and procedures as outlined in the SSP. Develops and updates the SSP, manages and controls changes to the system, and assesses the security impact of those changes. Ensures user activity monitoring data is analyzed, stored, and protected in accordance with the ITPSO policies and procedures. Develops and maintains POA&Ms in order to identify IS weaknesses, resources and timelines for corrective actions, and mitigate actions. Ensures all users have the requisite security clearances and authorization and are aware of their security responsibilities. The team needs an additional ISSO candidate to continue work within the Cyber Security Team.

Small Description: Maintains operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination of infrastructure and cloud responsibilities. Develops and designs core operating system builds. Responsible for coding, virtualization, and automation of systems. Sets up administrator and service accounts, maintains an active directory of users and system documentation, tunes system performance, installs system-wide software, and allocates mass storage space. Assesses and resolves user access problems related to security controls to minimize business impact and risk exposure. Identifies and evaluates vendor products and establishes vendor monitoring and tracking processes. Performs capacity planning and monitors/tunes systems. Recommends appropriate platforms for purchase, coordinates installation, and provides backup recovery. Serves as a point of escalation for major incidents that are unresolved at the helpdesk level. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. May draft general IT communications to end-users including notifications of outages/downtimes.
Small Description: As an Appeal and Grievance Coordinator, you will receive, investigate and triage expedited appeal requests received from members/member and provider representatives enrolled in Senior Products. Timely assignment of cases is critical to ensure member's and/or provider's appeal rights are processed in accordance with regulatory agencies' standards, including the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

This role involves managing Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, system imaging, and VMware infrastructure including ES Xi and vCenter. The candidate will ensure STIG compliance using DISA tools and automate tasks with PowerShell/Power CLI. Responsibilities include system performance tuning, patch management, capacity planning, and incident escalation. Experience with NetApp storage, Cohesity backups, VMware v SAN, Ansible, and RHEL is a plus.
