Contract - 13-Weeks + Possibility of Extension

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit (CRCU/ICU) team. The RN will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice and patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage patients with life-threatening conditions, utilizing advanced critical care skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
  • Operate and maintain critical care equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Provide patient and family education and support, addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Skills:

  • Trauma Nurse Specialist for Level 1 trauma center.

Education/Experience:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
