The Loss Draft Specialist performs an important role in helping guide the customer/claimant through the claims process and helping them get their lives back in order following property damage or loss. They are responsible for accurately processing documents related to property damage claims including ordering and reviewing inspection reports of damage and resolving any issues. This could include tasks such as responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints from various parties involved in the claims process.
The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for initial credentialing and re-credentialing nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physicians in a compliant and timely manner; monitor expired credentials and compliance monitoring in accordance with Joint Commission accreditation, NCQA and URAC credentialing standards as required.
