An Administrative Assistant will be responsible for Scanning and filing timecards into the team site, entering material orders into sap or doing Purchase Requests, Expense Reporting for employees if they need help.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing timecards into the team site
  • Entering times from each timecard into sap
  • Monitoring and comparing hours to invoices
  • Keeping ;Occupational Health and Safety ;forms printed in the office
  • Scanning and filing these forms into the team site
  • Monitoring KPI's for OHS. ;
  • Entering material orders into sap or doing Purchase Requests.
  • Invoices
  • Helping Monitor what's been ordered, received, and backordered.
  • Monitoring delivery dates.
  • Airgas / United / Wilscot PO tracking and approval.
  • EPIMS Training
  • Help run reports on the progress of the plant, install the progress into the program and run the reports and track progress.
  • Possibly making reservations for crews on site.
  • Like Hotels / Plane tickets / VRBO reservations
  • Expense Reporting for employees if they need help.

Skills:

  • Experience with SAP and MS office suite
  • Experience with ordering supplies, tracking purchase orders,
  • Experience in entering timecard into the sap system.
  • Experience with making travel arrangements, hotel booking and flights

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or a bachelor's degree.
