The Renters Insurance Processor is responsible for reviewing insurance documents, verifying policy coverage, and updating client servicing systems according to company procedures. The role involves processing premium payments from escrow accounts, communicating with insurance agents and companies to obtain missing information, and performing policy maintenance tasks such as updates, letters, and notices. The processor ensures all items are completed accurately and on time to meet quality and productivity standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and update insurance documents in the client servicing system.
  • Verify policy coverage and process premium payments from escrow accounts.
  • Contact insurance agents and companies to obtain missing policy information.
  • Perform policy maintenance including changes, letters, and notices accurately.
  • Ensure all insurance items are processed promptly meeting quality standards.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document processing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination with insurance agents and companies.
  • Proficient in data entry, record management, and insurance systems.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • Basic understanding of insurance policies and escrow processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client servicing systems.
