This position will start out full time and will pivot to part time. The part-time schedule is expected to be Mon/Tues/Wed. This position is being created to help manager an overload of work, as the work lessens so will the hours for this individual. Once the position wraps up, it's possible that the managers may ask this individual to return here and there to help with future work overload.
Location (mandatory): Orlando, FL 32819 Day-to-day responsibilities include handling print, copy, and scan requests, performing basic binding and finishing, assisting with shipping and receiving, sorting and distributing mail and packages, maintaining supplies and logs, checking that convenience copiers are functioning properly, and responding to customer questions regarding job status and service requests. They may also assist with deliveries of completed jobs to designated locations on site and help keep the business center clean, stocked, and organized.
Small Description (mandatory): The role consists of typical receptionist duties including answering the phones, responding to emails, greeting guests, booking, and maintaining the conference room schedule, and ordering food/catering for meetings
Contract (mandatory): 03+ Months Extendable Shift: Day & Evening shift with two WEEKENDS in a Month Covers all X-ray needs for the main operating room, including general x-ray and C-arm. Experience with Hybrid OR, O-arm, and Stealth navigation is a plus.
